Children’s Week 2024 concluded

The Creative Workshops organized for children of school and pre-school age were organized for the eighth time on October 7 to 11. The Workshops were organized in the premises of the Arsenije Loma Primary School and in the Sunce Preschool Institution. The Rudnik Company traditionally supported the Children’s Week like in the previous years. Educational and practical work workshops were organized: making paintings by using the bakrotisk technique, making jewelry of beans, using the clay-based modeling compound to produce works on the topic of “Gift for the best male/female friend”, calligraphy technique – penmanship, making therapeutic shampoos from herbs, making cards from pressed flowers, jewelry making – earrings, macrame and weaving technique, knitting, a workshop on the topics of friendship and empathy, workshop on wool felting, etc. A mural was painted on a wall in the school. The workshops were completed on October 12, when the humanitarian sale of the objects made during the workshops was organized. More than RSD 10,000 was raised on that occasion for the Fund for the Sick Children of the Gornji Milanovac Red Cross organization. Approximately 40 children took part in organized activities every day.
