“Innovative methods of prevention and resolution of labour disputes – the key to successful participation of employees in the mining industry”
On May 22nd, the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Miners of Bulgaria organised the final conference “Innovative methods of prevention and resolution of labour disputes – the key to successful participation of employees in the mining industry”.
During the conference, a final report, research results and guidelines for the implementation of good practice examples and recommendations from EU institutions were presented.
The representatives of Rudnik company held a presentation on a good practice case related to dispute prevention and conflict resolution in the mining industry through the introduction of conflict management mechanisms in order to increase the efficiency of exercising workers’ rights. Recommendations and methods were presented, as well as effective involvement of employees in conflict management.
